How can we help?
Answers to common questions, how to share a list with family, and how to restore your purchase. Still stuck? Email us — a real person reads every message.
Invite your family
- Sign in first. Shared lists need an account so your family can see your name: open Settings and sign in with Apple or Google. Everything you’ve already added stays.
- On the Items tab, tap the title at the top and choose Manage Lists…, then open the list you want to share (or create a new one) and tap Share.
- Choose whether family members can edit or only view, then send the invite link with Messages, email or any chat app.
- When they open the link on their phone, Againday opens and asks them to join. If they don’t have the app yet, the link shows where to get it. After installing, they can open the link again or type the 10-character invite code in the app.
Invite links expire after 7 days. You can cancel an invite or remove a member at any time from the list’s settings.
Only lists you choose to share are shared. Items in your Personal list are never shared.
Restore your purchase
iPhone and iPad
- Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Againday Pro.
- In Againday, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases in the Againday Pro section.
If you turned on Family Sharing for purchases, members of your family group can restore Againday Pro the same way with their own Apple Account.
Android
- Use the same Google account you used to buy Againday Pro.
- In Againday, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. (The Android version is coming soon.)
Purchases belong to the App Store or Google Play account you used, so a purchase on iPhone doesn’t carry over to Android or the other way around.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem page or Google Play’s refund request form.
Troubleshooting
My family doesn’t see my changes
Check that you’re both online and in the same shared list. While the app is open, changes usually show up within seconds. If a device has been offline, opening Againday lets it catch up.
A widget isn’t updating
Widgets update when you make a change and again every night at midnight. If one looks stuck, open Againday once. Still stuck? Remove the widget and add it again.
I’m not getting reminders
Reminders are only sent for items with an interval, on the day they’re due. Make sure notifications for Againday are allowed in your device’s Settings, and check the item’s reminder time.
The invite link opens this website instead of the app
Update Againday to the latest version and try again. On iPhone you can also touch and hold the link and choose to open it in Againday, or type the invite code shown on the page into the app.
I got a new phone
If you signed in with Apple or Google, sign in with the same account on the new phone and your lists come back. If you never signed in, sign in on the old phone first — or export your data from Settings and import it on the new one.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your Againday account and everything stored with it at any time.
- In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
- Can’t use the app anymore? Email support@againday.com from the address you used with Sign in with Apple or Google, and tell us you’d like your account deleted. We’ll confirm once it’s done, within 30 days.
This deletes your account, your Personal list and the lists you own — including for the people you shared them with. You’ll be removed from lists others shared with you; the times you marked done there stay as part of that list’s history. Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
